I want to share some of the things that make Trace,Trace.

He is a very sweet boy who loves his family.
He loves school and is a major rule follower.
He is READING!!!
He is a little artist. He draws all the time.
I love to hear him pray. His prayers are so sincere and sweet.
He loves to spend time at his grandparents house.
He likes to sleep with us on Fridays.
He likes to swim each week at lessons.
He is very cautious.
He likes to cuddle. (He just got a snuggie and LOVES it.)
Paige is still his best friend.
They walk holding hands after school until they part ways to say good-bye. (It's the sweetest thing I've ever seen. I need to take a picture.)
He plays with Bella who drives him crazy at times.
He writes stories and makes books.
He's very creative.
He loves Ron's hamburgers.
He'll never say anything bad about anyone.
He's a very happy boy and I love him more every day!

Happy 6th Birthday Trace!

I really can't believe Trace is SIX!! Wow! How time flies!  We had a party at Purple Glaze and about 15 of his friends came. The kids painted and were entertained by Chatters the Clown. Chatters was a big hit with all of the kids. She was hilarious!! She did magic, singing, and face painting. Very fun!!

Super cool memory we made at the party.

Bella is Two!

I can't believe it has been two years since we were blessed with little Bella Kate. She has been such a wonderful addition to our family. She is definitely different that her brother. I have to say girls are very different than boys. Or is it second kids? Don't know?! Here's a little about our girl at 2 years:
She says I love you all the time.
She is the sweetest sister to her brother.
She makes sure if she gets one, brother get one. Whatever it may be. She takes care of him.
She LOVES Barney! She calls it Ya Ya Yoo.
She does NOT like going to sleep! She will call our names for hours if we let her!
She loves to her pacifier which she calls Pachi. Yes-we will be saying good-bye very soon to Pachi.
She's a picky eater. When we go out to eat she usually does NOT eat, but decides a few hours later that she's hungry.
She likes monkeys and can act like one. Pretty cute!
She likes to get her way, and can throw a mean fit!
She will go on the potty when we are watching the potty video.
Her best friend at school is Macie. They walk around holding hands all day.
She's independent and doesn't want our help. She wanted to tie her own shoes the other day. (of course she can't)
She likes to chew gum and calls it Mum.
She likes to hide from us, even when we are not playing hide and seek. She is SOOO quiet and doesn't make a sound. It scares us half to death!!!
She likes to stand at the fridge and pantry while we hold her, and look at all her options until she sees something she wants to eat.
She has the cutest little smile with a gap between her two front teeth.
She is a beautiful little girl, and I am so blessed to be her mother. I love her more than words could say.

Baby Sister comes to town!

Last weekend my sister Julie was here! She performed in a concert starring her and another guy names Larry Wayne Morbit. They have both been in Phantom of the Opera. It was kind of like a Oklahoma homecoming concert in a way. He is from here and he went to ORU. Anyway, it was such a fun filled, busy weekend!! I went to the concert both Friday and Saturday. My Dad and Nancy were in town staying with us and they also went both nights. Julie's husband Jason also came in town. The concert was so great! I was really neat to see a bunch of people who we knew growing up come to see her sing. She sang a bunch of pretty songs. My favorites were "Some Where Over the Rainbow" and "When I Wish Upon a Star." She also sang some songs from "King and I", "My Fair Lady", "Oklahoma", and lots more. Here are some pics!

Trace even made it to the show. He did fall asleep in the second half and was flopping around like a rag doll! I did manage to wake him up in time to run up and hand Aunt Julie flowers at the end. She was so suprised!

Julie and Jill

The twins got their pic made with Julie. They didn't even know she was my sister when they got their tickets. Pretty funny!

I had to take this pic of Jason. While at the Jenks Pep Rally he was on a conference call. Keep in mind they were pounding the drums in the background. He couldn't hear a thing. SO funny!

Julie was asked to sing the National Anthem at the Jenks Homecoming pep rally. It was pretty funny for both of us to be back there in the gym just like High School! Made me feel really OLD!
