"Watching" the game. He was ready to go in the first five minutes. Trav managed to keep him there until half time. Pretty funny-but not to Trav. They really had a good day at the game, and I know Travis is glad that Trace was able to go with him for some father-son bonding.

Look at how I have grown
My baby boy turned five yesterday! I can't believe how time has flown. I am so happy he is my child. He has brought so much joy to our family. Here are a few things about Trace at age five: He talks non-stop (really). He is a rule follower. He loves super heroes. He loves his sister Isabella. He loves to draw. He likes to sleep in Mommy and Daddy's bed. He likes to be in charge. He likes to make up new characters and "write" stories about them. He loves school. He loves his friend Paige. He likes grilled cheese, pizza, chicken nuggets and hamburgers, and that's about it. He likes apple juice. He loves his "Georgie" and "Pistol Pete" pillow, and can't sleep without them. He likes to do Tae Kwon Do. He loves his family and spending time with them. He remember things that I do not. He recites commercials word for word, and now he'd rather play games than watch tv. He starts planning his Halloween costume about a year before the next year. He has said the prayer each night for us at dinner since he was about two. He made a calendar that counted down the days until his birthday party. He still fights going to sleep and writes contracts for us to sign so he can sleep with us. (I have no idea where this came from) I could go on and on. I love Trace! As Mimi would say thank you Jesus for Trace Benton!

Happy Halloween

I am ready to go Trick or Treating!
My alien Trace. Do you like our front porch? OK- I am lying. It is my mom's neighbor. They have the most amazing yard I have ever seen. This is just the porch.
He she is kickin back near the end of the night. I loved the leg!
Isabella rode in the wagon while "Trick or Treating." She only threw her pumpkin out about 4 times before we had to hold it for her.
My little Alien and Ladybug. I tried to convince Trace that he and Isabella should have been something like Tinkerbell and Captain Hook, but he wasn't going with that! So he picked an Alien instead!
Trace and Paige (Are they cute or what?)
Spidermen (Trace has his mask on on the left. I think he left it on all morning)
Trace was Spiderman at school. I walked him to class and there were like 4 other Spidermans. It was pretty funny!
